MAID OF HONOR

Anna, the younger sister of Erik, will serve as Zoe’s Maid of Honor.  The two met five years ago when Zoe began dating Erik and the two have become close friends. They share a love for reading, long days at the beach, and vegan cooking.

Anna works as an Admin Assistant at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, supporting Cardiovascular doctors, and is studying for her master’s in public health.  She loves spending time with her dog Brewer, cooking/baking, and traveling.  Anna studied abroad in Barcelona and visited nine different countries. She hopes to add more to her list in the coming years.

Anna remembers the first time she and Zoe spent time alone and how Erik texted constantly to “see how things were going” and now, five years later, she will stand by Zoe’s side as she becomes her sister-in-law.

BRIDESMAID

Emery was Zoe’s very first friend.  Having grown up across the street, they passed each other in their strollers, became playmates as toddlers, and formed a forever friendship as middle schoolers and beyond.

Emery’s favorite memories growing up with Zoe were the weekly American Idol watch parties, Yogurt Naturally runs, and the incredible Halloween parties.  Today, they still catch up when Zoe is in town for CAMP workouts and Chill Bros ice cream.

Emery lives in Tampa, FL and is a Certified Public Accountant working for a boutique tax law firm and she has traveled to four different countries over the last year.  She hopes to add many more in the coming years.

She says her favorite memories are of the many summers spent with Zoe in the Cape and she dreams about the day when they will spend summers in the Cape with their own kids.

BRIDESMAID

Jenna and Zoe have been friends for 10 years; having first met as teammates on the TBVA club volleyball team.   Jenna and Zoe share a love for volleyball, working out, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.  (and singing karaoke duet to the song “Everyday” one being Troy & other Gabrielle.)

      Jenna played Division 1 volleyball at Penn State University and South Carolina University and now works as a Human Resources Business Partner in Newport, CA.    She is passionate about living an active and healthy lifestyle, which includes cooking, trying different workout classes, and running and is currently training for her second half - marathon.

BRIDESMAID

Brennen and Zoe first met on their official volleyball visit to USC during our senior year of high school and became instant friends! They became roommates and teammates during their Freshman year in college and bonded over their love for singing and Broadway musicals, such as Wicked and Les Miserables.    Some of Brennen’s favorite memories of those times are the two of them playing Broadway soundtracks and harmonizing together in their freshman dorm. They loved visits to Disneyland/Walt Disney World, watching Glee and movies, and working out.

Brennen lives in New York City and works in social media marketing at IMG in New York City. She creates social content for NYFW, the US Open, and various events in the city. Her ultimate goal is to have her own social media agency someday and move home to California in the next few years.

Brennen loves creating lifestyle content on social media, traveling, decorating her NYC apartment, and cooking new recipes.

She recently got engaged to her fiancé, Tommy, in Summer 2024 and is so excited to be sharing this season of life with Zoe.

BRIDESMAID

Holly and Zoe have been friends for fifteen years; having first met in middle school and bonding over their shared love for Justin Bieber and volleyball.  They both love the outdoors and enjoy riding bikes in St. Pete, paddle boarding and kayaking in Tampa Bay when they return home over breaks.

               Holly and Zoe reunited in Boston while Holly studied law at Boston College. Holly says that she cherishes the simpler times they shared while living in Boston together for three years, like when Zoe introduced her to Bova’s Bakery in the North End after a night out downtown! Some of her favorite memories spent with Zoe and Erik are skiing at Copper Mountain to ring in the New Year in 2021 and the Fourth of July in Chatham (shoutout to Carmine’s karaoke performance).

Holly is currently living in Santa Fe, New Mexico working as a lawyer and clerking on the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.   She is learning to play the drums and spending the year exploring and skiing New Mexico and the Mountain West!

BRIDESMAID

Courtney and Zoe have been friends for 22 years.  The two first met in Zoe’s mom singing group and became good friends. She still remembers the many times they got in trouble talking during rehearsals and their epic performances at Showcase; like the time they all dressed up and sang Wannabe by the Spice Girls.

So many of Zoe’s childhood memories captured in photographs have Courtney in them.  The two share  many years of fun together riding bikes on Bayshore, making up songs and dances in the Pop Star Room, playing with the family dog Gucci, and watching musicals.  Because their moms were best of friends, Zoe and Courtney grew up vacationing together.  Courtney says some of her favorite memories are their summers together in Cape Cod and running around the Chatham Squire as teenagers.

Courtney worked as a professional model and actress growing up and went on to get a degree in Biology at the University of South Florida.   After working as a Vet Tech, she decided to return to her creative roots and signed on as the Assistant Director for HITS The Musical in their 50 city national tour.

Courtney lives in Tampa, FL and works for the Gries Investment Fund and, in her spare time, works as the assistant director for the children’s group Entertainment Revue.  She loves her two Frenchie’s Pierre and Picasso and hopes to learn to play the guitar in the coming year.

BEST MAN

Carmine and Erik met in kindergarten and have been friends ever since.  They both enjoy skiing, hiking, biking, comedy, and share a love for the NorthEast.

Carmine got his bachelor’s degree in English Literature at Trinity Collage and his MBA at NorthEastern University.  He is a fourth generation Co-owner/ Co- operator of a commercial sandwich bread manufacturer in Malden, MA.

He enjoys spending time with his girlfriend Nicole and their tabby cat Minnie and hopes to add more travel throughout the US in the coming years.  He has loved getting to backcountry ski with Erik as they have begun exploring mountains in the Northeast that are not accessible via chairlift.

Carmine has many great memories of spending time with Zoe and Erik as a couple.  Some of his favorites have been summer weekends in Chatham, movies at their apartment in Boston, and skiing.  One of his favorite memories was a particular paintball battle where Zoe shot Erik multiple times in the back and head, despite being on the same team.

GROOMSMAN

Arthur has known Erik for most of this life. He fondly remembers coming home from school to find that Erik beat him there and was already in the pool or playing video games.  The two have had a long list of evolving hobbies and interests growing up together. The two were competitive playing Halo 3 and airsoft in their parent’s backyard. As they got older, they shared a particularly close interest in the outdoors  and volleyball and skiing became big interests.

In 2024, Arhtur completed his MBA through Northeastern University and works for his family business, Piantedosi Baking Co with his brother and fellow groomsman Carmine Piantedosi

Arthur fondly remembers one of the first times he met Zoe was when Erik brought her to a friend's birthday party to play paintball. He instantly liked Zoe for the fact that she was excited to try an activity she had never done before with all of Erik's friends, many of whom she was meeting for the first time.

GROOMSMAN

Ted and Erik have been friends for over 15 years; dating back to the early days of Airsoft at Carmine and Arthur’s house.

Their shared interests include Skiing, Fly Fishing, Tennis, Drinking Beer, Stock Market, Golf, Biking, Music, and Flying Kites (a serious one!).

Ted lives in Portsmouth, New Hampshire and works in the Leather Goods Business.   He says that one of his greatest strengths is operating a sewing machine on leather goods and in 2025 he plans to learn how to play the Uilleann pipes.

Now both Ted and Erik will be getting married in the Fall of 2025.  Ted says that some of his favorite memories are beach days in Chatham with his fiancé’ Victoria, Zoe, and Erik.

GROOMSMAN

Drew and Erik met through the Piantedosi brothers circa 2009 at one of the many airsoft battles they held in their backyard.  Drew says their friendship began trying to shoot each other with little plastic bbs!

Drew and Erik share countless memorable experiences beginning with early adventures in Airsoft, futsal/indoor soccer and hanging out at the Plantedosi’s pool.  Today they share a love for golfing, hiking, and skiing.   Drew says he looks forward to many future adventures with Erik  “as long as Zoe says it’s okay.”

Drew resides in Denver, Colorado and works for a renewable energy nonprofit, Rocky Mountain Institute (RMI).  RMI is a think tank focused on profitable solutions which support the decarbonization of the global energy systems.

Last year, Drew summited Mt. Whitney which is the tallest peak in the lower 48.  

GROOMSMAN

Jeffrey and Erik have been friends for 11 years; having first met their freshman year of college. They shared engineering classes and enjoyed hanging out on weekends and skiing together.

Jeffrey says he can always count on Erik to be “up for an adventure or time in the great outdoors.” The two share a love for skiing, snowboarding, hiking, camping, and fishing.   One memorable adventure was getting lost on Cannon mountain after following Erik into the woods and hitching a ride in the trunk of a stranger’s car as their only hope in getting back to the resort.

Jeffrey is currently living in Peabody, MA and works as a Manufacturing Engineer at Medtronic. He says he is “looking forward to Skiing in Norway with Erik and the other groomsmen (don't worry they will have a guide!).”

GROOMSMAN

KJ will gain a brother -in- law when Zoe and Erik wed in September.

The two met during COVID when the family ended up together in quarantine and he can still remember the first time he met Erik.  He had heard that Zoe was bringing her boyfriend to dinner and he recalls a guy walking up to him in a bar and saying “Hey I’m Erik.”  He describes the night “as magical.”

When asked about shared interests with Erik, KJ explains the following…. “I thought I was an outdoorsy guy, but then I met Erik and realized I was closer to the mean than I thought.”  “I like to bike to the gym, grocery store, etc.—Erik likes to bike across the state of Massachusetts.”  “I like to hike a mountain trail—Erik likes to traverse mountain ranges.”  “I like to ski down some chill blues and easy blacks—Erik likes to bomb down extreme terrain at Mach 3.”

KJ  is currently living in Estonia where he maintains dual citizenship.  He works as a software developer and is currently studying for his Masters in computer science.

Interesting fact about KJ – He explains that “he has been mistaken for Erik by at least half of Chatham because apparently people think they look alike.” He is hoping this doesn’t happen during the wedding ceremony!

He describes his favorite memory with Zoe and Erik as this…” A couple of winters ago, the family took a vacation to the British Virgin Islands. Zoe, Erik, and I rented a car (some low-rise economy car) and set off to explore the island. Zoe somehow convinced Erik and me to go off-roading over a mountain because it was a “quicker route” to some café than taking the paved roads around the mountain. The “quicker” detour ended up taking an extra hour of Erik’s white-knuckled driving, obliterating the car’s undercarriage, and a couple of “we’re stuck” scares. Oh, and the café? It was closed.”
